講者：台灣能源技術服務產業發展協會 理事長 楊秉純
楊秉純理事長於1992年從美國賓州州立大學取得博士學位後即返國於工研院綠能所服務，從基層研究員做起，直至2020年以副所長及營運長退休，長期投入節能及綠能相關技術、政策研發及推動工作；退休後於2021年轉任陽明交通大學光電學院擔任約聘教授，2024年轉任為約聘研究員。此外，楊博士於2020年起擔任台灣能源技術服務產業發展協會理事長迄今，致力於推動以量測驗證及系統節能為核心之深度節能工作。
