台電在大南方地區的能源發展策略與電網建設藍圖
報告配電與電網韌性建設，並分析如何邁向 2050 年淨零排放目標。聚焦於大南方地區的綠能發展與在地供電策略、如何提升能源效率及推動電動化。同時分享電廠的新建、更新及擴建計劃，並分析電力轉型的路徑，以實現更可持續且高效的能源運作。
講者：台灣電力公司 董事長 曾文生
曾任行政院青年輔導委員會專門委員、高雄市政府顧問、高雄市政府經濟發展局專門委員、高雄市政府經濟發展局局長、經濟部政務次長等。自2022年起兼任台電代理董事長，2024年就任台電董事長。
帶領台電持續佈建高效率、起停快速的複循環機組，搭配風、光等再生能源的間歇性，未來更可能改裝為燃氫等無碳火力，同時推動強化電網韌性建設計劃，提升供電穩定、降低事故風險，推動臺灣能源轉型與2050 淨零碳排。
